John is a licensed public accountant serving the small and mid-size business community. Since starting his own practice in 1993, he has become a trusted advisor to business owner managers and high net worth individuals in the greater Toronto area.

Besides public accounting, he also served as CFO for a mining exploration company that trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Additionally, he worked as a financial analyst for large national companies in the financial services industry.

John takes an integrated approach in managing his clients’ accounting, tax, and business consulting needs with an emphasis to help them control costs, manage cash flow, maximize profits, and grow.

Ehsaan Akram

CPA, CA, LPA

Ehsaan built his foundation at a Big 4 accounting firm, handling complex mandates across Toronto and New York. He later served as Senior Financial Reporting Manager at a large, publicly traded restaurant group in Canada. From there, he joined a high-growth startup as VP of Finance, where he built the finance function from the ground up, taking the company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Most recently, at a Toronto-based private credit firm, he provided parachute CFO support to portfolio companies navigating rapid growth or turnaround scenarios.
